Increase precision of incline support phase inputs for imperial units

When modeling incline supports using the “Ultimate Force Gap” option, AutoPIPE currently limits the “Phase for K1” input field to 2 decimal places. This makes modeling low-friction / anti-vibration clamp supports, such as Wood VDN clamps not possible.

These clamps often require very small phase values calculated from:

Phase = Force / Stiffness

A typical case with:

  • Breakaway force = 2880 lb

  • Stiffness = 2×10⁶ lb/in

requires:

Phase = 2880 / (2×10⁶) = 0.00144 in

However, the current interface rounds this value to 0.00 in.

Change the support phase input units/display to 1E-3 inches (thousandths of an inch), or alternatively allow at least 5 decimal places for support phase inputs.
