Include ASME B16.5 dimensions in EN1591 Flange Analysis

Currently, the EN1591 flange analysis only includes PN flange dimensions. Theoretically, you could manually input all the dimensions for an ASME flange but that would be extremely tedious to do every time.

There is some ambiguity/"looseness" with how ASME B16.5 defines flanges. It would still be helpful for AutoPIPE to provide the clearly defined dimensions for ASME B16.5 and let the user state the less defined dimensions. Especially if the user is able to save the other dimensions to the database.

Excellent, got my vote. We need more tools in stress analysis to analyze flanges, and since most of the flanges used are still (and will probably stay to be) B16.5 Class rated flanges, its logical to include B16.5 dimensions in such a tool.
