There is a similar idea submitted titled "Rotate command should update Anchor translational and rotational stiffness components" that could be packaged with this idea. The Rotate command should have a selectable option to apply the specified rotation to existing Anchor data including both thermal displacements as well as stiffnesses.
We already rotate the thermal displacements at the anchors. The stiffness is not. Please re-write this IDEA if it is only stiffness that is required or provide more information why this is not the case here in comments/
