When saving APC files, the code/non-code combinations get reset to default by AutoPIPE. User has to go though an extra step of re-importing the relevant .CMB file after saving the APC file. If there is a way to have AutoPIPE maintain the already set-up code & non-code combinations after saving the APC file, that would be helpful.
