According ASME Section VIII Division 2 it is required to determine the upper limit for test pressure – ASME SECTION VIII Div.2 Part8 Paragraph 8.2.1 (c).

Based on that is important to state on the project documents the value for minimum and maximum teste pressure - this topic is mandatory.
